Hello my name is Kate B. I am your new blogger. I am a year 5.

I enjoy playing the piano and I am always full of beans. I also love skiing.

I am nearly 10 years old. My new teacher is Mrs McNaughton.

This is my first session. Most of my friends are doing netball. I am so excited about being a blogger because it sounds fun and I have watched a movie about a blogger.

My dad is like an inventor because he makes chicken goujons but he makes them at home and calls them dad's chicken.

I have 2 cats that belong to my sisters Emily and Jess and I have my own kitten called Molly Moo Moo.

Hello my name is Oscar. I am a new blogger and I am a year 5. My best sport is cycling and I also like playing my drums. In my holidays I went camping in France- it was great fun. My best food is sausages and chips. In class I am learning about the human body. My teacher is Mrs Smith. I have a younger brother and a younger sister. My favourite animals are bears and monkey .

New Bloggers and Me

Hello, my name is Abi and i'm in year 5, i'm a new blogger and i enjoy Judo and football .I play the drums and the violin. I'm working on grade two for violin.My favourite food is chips. One of my favourite films is Starstruck. I've got an older sister in year 7. I've got a hamster called Nigel Jerry Matthew Richard Greg Hammy Hamster Hammond Hefley Webb for short we call him Nigel or for even shorter we call him Nig! My favourite animal is a monkey and my second favourite animal is a bear.

Karate

Hello we like to do karate and we are going to show you what we do in karate. First we do a warm up we run in a square and when our karate teacher ( Sensei ) calls out 1 we put are left hand on the floor and if Sensei says 2 we put are right hand on the floor and if Sensei says 3 we put both hands on the floor. After that she says line up we go in our order from the most experienced people to the beginners. Then we do some moves like punches and we call a kick all sorts like mawashi geri , Mae Geri and thrust kick. Then we do are kata. Kata is when you know all your skills and do them in order or we do something else. And if you know it really well you will get a new belt it goes to white first the all the way to black. And when you are black belt you could become a teacher to teach another group.

Drums

I like drums because Julian our teacher is very good.He explains things very well

and helps us. I would recommend drums to some one who wants to play a musical instrument.

The first song I ever plaid was a para diddle. I try to practice every day for 10 or 20 minutes

Trinity Gym Club

I have continued with gym club since last year and I haven't missed even one lesson because it's fun  and a bit educational.The man who is teaching gym is called Ken Beadle. He has won lots of trophies and medals for teaching gym and for how good he is at gymnastics. His dream was to be a gymnastics teacher and now is his chance to become a teacher. The problem is that we do not have as many people as we thought so that is why we are telling you to try and go to gym club. If you are interested in going to gym club it is after school on Thursdays and Fridays at 3.15 to 4.15.
