We interviewed our cook Luca. Luca says it's very nice and exiting and he cooks 150-250 meals per day. It usually takes 3 hours to cook except on Wednesday and Friday. Luca likes making Wednesday's roast.The chives, rosemary and bailey all come from the gardening club. Luca cooks main courses and Heather makes the puddings. Luca finds serving ok but is tired after a long day. The menu includes breaded salmon fillet and macaroni cheese with a chocolate sponge on Monday, cottage pie and jacket potato with cheese and baked beans on Tuesday, roast pork and apple sauce and yorkshire pudding with cornflake cookies on Wednesday, chicken and sweet pepper pasta with viennese apple tart on Thursday and on Friday small fry fish and cheese and tomato pizza with an ice cream tub with orange wedges.
The most popular day for school dinners is Friday and then Wednesday.
